Estimates and 2 consultations are free of charge. Usually there will be one consultation when I first meet you then 6/7 weeks prior to the wedding.
You are more than welcome to have more than two consultations per occasion. Weddings • A 10% booking fee is required to confirm a booking. This is taken from the first quote. If the booking fee isn’t paid within 14 days of the quote being sent out and agreed upon, another booking can be taken for that date for another event. • Please remember that all flowers are subject to availability. This is due to grower, seasons etc. I will always try my hardest to source what is wanted but it is not always available and sometimes this is not known until a couple of days before the event. • Quotes can change depending on your final decision, which has to be finalised 6 weeks in advance of the event – this applies to the larger items. Such things as buttonhole numbers can be changed. • It is your responsibility to check details on the final invoice and to ensure all information is correct. • Invoice is submitted 6 weeks prior to the wedding date so all information has to be confirmed by this date. • There is a 20% delivery and admin fee, which is added to the final invoice for all paperwork and ordering etc. • Payment will be required: Weddings – in full 28 days prior to the wedding date. If payment is not received within 2 weeks before the wedding then I shall assume that the event is not longer going ahead and shall not order flowers etc. • Booking fee will be deducted from the final invoice. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee will not be refunded. If there is a cancellation on wedding flowers within 6 weeks before the wedding then 50% of the final fee is due. If it is within 2 weeks before the event then the full final invoice is due. Cheques are made payable to ANNABEL DOUGLAS-HUGHES.
